Happy Friday loves! For today’s post I am collaborating with Hemline boutique. I have styled 4 different looks from their store in Bryan/College Station, TX. Hemline is one of my favorite boutiques in town because of its unique style. They have a diverse array of brands to choose from and are known for carrying boho chic pieces from Free People & Show Me Your Mumu (two of my favs). Our Hemline is located in the Historic Downtown Bryan, a cute little plaza with unique restaurants, shopping, & entertainment. The fact that it is in downtown Bryan adds to the uniqueness of the boutique, differentiating it from other boutiques in town. While there are many Hemline locations in different cities, the original store is in New Orleans near Jackson Square. New Orleans is one of my favorite cities to visit and I always make a pit stop at the Hemline there! I hope you enjoy the looks that I have put together! Make sure to research the nearest Hemline in your area, it’s definitely worth the trip!
To shop these exact looks I have styled, check out Hemline’s instagram for this specific store in Bryan. I will link that here so you can browse their inventory. They do SHIP and place orders over the phone! Also, these wonderful pictures were taken by Madison Bickham. Madi is a student at Texas A&M University and has started her photography business while in school. She is so talented and has a true passion for what she does. I’m not going to lie… This dress intimidated me when I saw it! Since I have more of a curvy figure, I didn’t think I would like something so form fitted. Once I put it on though, I realized I need to embrace my figure more. Having a positive self-esteem doesn’t come easy for the average woman in today’s society. Learning to love the way YOU are shaped will improve your sense of self-worth. Remember to remain true to yourself and learn to love every freckle & embrace every curve! I’m loving the cut out shear detailing on this dress, and really think that it could flatter many body types. This is a perfect dress for a holiday party or winter wedding!
This outfit is perfect for transitioning from church to Sunday brunch. This tunic dress is by Free People, as well as the shoes! I love the mix of colors with the print. This silky dress can be dressed up or dressed down for any occasion! Also, I’m obsessed with the detail on the shoes. They definitely have a funky aspect to them that I’m totally loving.
Girls Day Out
Shopping, coffee, & lunch… Sounds like the perfect girls day out to me! This is an outfit I would wear to shop, run errands, or meet a friend for lunch. Oversized sweaters are my go-to for fall. I paired this black oversized sweater with these amazing suede leggings by Free People! Suede is also a trend I am loving this fall. These black distressed booties, I love that they are tall enough to tuck jeans or leggings in and the leather is such great quality! The leather and stone necklace I am wearing was made by my friend Abi Albers who is the author of Bloomability blog. I will leave the link to her Etsy shop here!
Casual Weekend Wear
This jacket is EVERYTHING! A moto jacket is a must for your fall wardrobe, and I am loving that this one is suede and this gorgeous shade of red. Make sure to get this from Hemline before they sell out! My graphic tee is one of the Soft & Sexy tees from American Eagle (link here). It basically spoke to me when I saw it (anyone that knows me, knows I’m a coffee addict). These black distressed jeans are from Nordstrom, and are only $59! I will leave a link to them here. Lastly, my Adidas superstars. I am so happy I ended up getting these, because I wear them ALL the time. The funny part about these shoes is the fact that I owned a pair in Jr. High. I love that you can dress them up with a cute outfit, or wear them casually with athletic clothes.
Hope y’all enjoyed this post! Make sure to check out Hemline in BCS to shop my looks!
