Dress • Booties • Bag

Happy Monday loves! Today I want to express my love of plaid through this amazing plaid pull over dress. First of all, let me just tell you that the weather during this shoot was SO windy & SO cold. You can’t tell, but my whole body was numb in these pictures haha! Let’s just say it was a very quick shoot. After the shoot, Madi and I decided to warm up with a latte from Harvest- a cute little coffee shop in downtown Bryan. If you live in the Bryan/College Station area, make sure to check it out!

One of my favorite prints this fall is plaid. I’ve been collecting multiple plaid & flannel tops throughout this season. Once I saw this plaid pull over dress, I HAD to have it. I love the casual-dressy look it’s got going on, cozy and warm like a flannel, yet dressy. Altogether this makes it the perfect “casual cute” outfit. Anyone else use that term? It’s a term that my friends and I like to use when we are explaining the level of cuteness we are dressing (haha I know sounds silly). I paired this dress with these gorgeous booties by Free People. I was in the market for a good pair of black booties, but wanted them with a little extra flair. I love that these black leather ones have a strappy cutout detail to them! Free People usually adds unique details to all of their pieces, which is why I love their brand so much.

Lastly, this gorgeous Louis Vuitton bag is my new obsession! I know Louis Vuitton pieces are quite pricey, but they last forever and the classics increase in value over time! It’s nothing I would randomly buy for myself, which is why it is my Christmas present (yes, I busted it out early.. Sorry Aunt Fifi & Mom). I have noticed that the older I get, the less presents I get because the value of what I want increases. Can anyone relate?! This specific bag is the Pochet Metis. I’m not going to go in much more detail, but if you would like me to do a video or blog post on my 2 Louis Vuitton bags let me know! It will basically be a summary of why I love the brand and why I think it is worth the investment, as well as showing off all the functions and details of the bags.

I hope y’all enjoyed this blog post! Please let me know what other types of posts you would like to see from me. Have a great week!

xoxo,

Rachel
